Pose Air Refund and Return Policy

At Pose Air, we strive to ensure that your experience with our products and services is seamless. Below is our detailed refund and return policy to clarify any concerns regarding your purchases.

Delivery Overview

All deliveries will take between 3-5 business days from the time of dispatch. If you change your mind prior to dispatch, please inform Pose Air as soon as possible. If your item has already been dispatched, we kindly ask you to refuse the delivery on the day it arrives.

Delivery Information

Powrmatic Vision units are delivered on a pallet to the curbside. We recommend that at least two people are available to lift the unit into the property. Prior to delivery, customers will receive a phone call to explain this process and answer any questions about the delivery.

 

Refund Policy

• Change of Mind:
  If you decide to return your product due to a change of mind, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered. All return costs are at the expense of the customer, and a 25% restocking charge will be applied, which will be reflected in the final refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be credited to your original method of payment.

• Damaged Items:
  In the event that an item arrives damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact Pose Air as soon as possible. We will arrange for a new unit to be dispatched, and we will organize the collection of the damaged item.

• Wrong Item Delivered:
  Upon delivery, please check that the correct item has been delivered, as indicated on the front of the packaging. If you receive the wrong item, please inform Pose Air within 24 hours of delivery. We will ensure the correct item is dispatched and the incorrect item is collected at no additional cost to you

 

Installation Warranty

Pose Air offers a 12-month installation warranty on all Vision units. Should any issue arise related to the installation, we will provide the most appropriate solution or fix within this period at no extra charge.

 

Product Warranty

Powrmatic Vision units come with a 3-year warranty. To activate this warranty, the warranty card must be completed and returned after installation. Please note, if the unit is not installed correctly or by an authorised professional, the warranty may be deemed invalid.
